May 10, 2013 · If the DNS address is the same as the Default Gateway address then your router is being used as a DNS server, and is NOT the real address. Some routers work this way, I don't know why. If this is the case you will have to use google to find the DNS addresses for your ISP, or contact your ISP and ask them.
